About Us
Our Purpose & Promise to Y.O.U
Y.O.U Holistic Health & Wellness Center, LLC (Y.O.U.HH&WC) specializes in working to empower you to discover and connect with your inner peace so you can develop the resiliency needed to navigate your life’s journey. Y.O.U HH&WC is built on the belief that mental health, wellness, and healing is best accomplished through a holistic approach. With us, you will develop an intimate connection with yourself, your family, and community. We believe that you should influence the energy in the room, not adapt to that energy.
We are a culturally competent team of therapists that utilize various evidence-based modalities, which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Family-Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and more. Our goal is to work collaboratively to identify and explore interventions that reduce symptoms and elicit long-term changes.
In addition to traditional treatments, we integrate interventions such as nutrition, exercise, energy crystal healing, prayer, creative arts expression, and meditation. Our clients will begin to create a new stance in life and open themselves up to endless possibilities in total emotional health and wellness.
